All reservations are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date. If you're unable to attend your scheduled class or event, we encourage you to gift your spot to a friend who could use a creative boost. Please keep in mind we are a very small business and cannot accommodate for last-minute cancellations. Regardless of the circumstances, our cancellation/refund policy still applies. In the unlikely event that MAKE needs to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment, you will be notified and issued a refund.
Unfortunately, once class is sold out, we cannot accommodate any more participants. We want you to be able to spread out and move easily around the studio, ensuring you have the best experience possible.

Classes, camps and workshops fill quickly at MAKE! Your payment in full reserves your space. Please complete reservation and payment via our website. You will receive an email confirmation once you've completed sign up. If you don’t receive confirmation you are NOT registered. If you are not able to pay online, please contact us as soon as possible and we can make payment arrangements. Please note, when you register for classes, you’ll be prompted to sign a one time Permission Form/Waiver. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/ guardian to keep our Permission Form/Waiver updated and current. Signed documents cannot be altered, please request a NEW Permission Form/Waiver if you need to update.
We provide everything you need to complete your project. You just show up and get creative, no need for any additional art supplies.
In the rare event, a class, workshop, camp, and/or event is canceled due to lack of interest, an unforeseen or incredibly rare circumstance (i.e, illness), an instructor may need to reschedule a specific class, workshop, camp, and/or event. In these rare events, you may opt for a refund.
Our workshops have a maximum capacity and fill quickly. If you are interested in creating a class of your own with at least 10 participants, pease contact us about planning a private event.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure MAKE has all current/updated information. Please also keep online Permission Forms updated and current. Signed Permission Forms can’t be altered, so we are happy to send you a NEW link to create a NEW Signed Permission Form.
