Everything you need to know before you visit!

What is your REFUND/CANCELLATION Policy?

The part host is welcome to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time to get settled. Your party will last 1hour and 30 minutes (unless youv'e added extra time).
To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that all guests head out when your party time ends. The host family will have an additional 20 minutes to gather belongings and wrap things up.
We often book multiple parties in a day and want to give every celebration the care it deserves, including yours!

The Workshop is sold out.  Can you add another seat to the class?

Unfortunately, once class is sold out, we cannot accommodate any more participants. We want you to be able to spread out and move easily around the studio, ensuring you have the best experience possible.

Can I be added to a waitlist in case someone cancels?

Yes!! Sometimes our classes fill in a flash.  Jump on the Waitlist and we’ll let you know if a space opens up.

What is your Registration + Payment Process?

Classes, camps and workshops fill quickly at MAKE! Your payment in full reserves your space. Please complete reservation and payment via our website. You will receive an email confirmation once you've completed sign up. If you don’t receive confirmation you are NOT registered. If you are not able to pay online, please contact us as soon as possible and we can make payment arrangements. Please note, when you register for classes, you’ll be prompted to sign a one time Permission Form/Waiver. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/ guardian to keep our Permission Form/Waiver updated and current. Signed documents cannot be altered, please request a NEW Permission Form/Waiver if you need to update.

What should I bring with me to Class?

We provide everything you need to complete your project. You just show up and get creative, no need for any additional art supplies.

What If my class, Workshop, camp or event is canceled? 

In the rare event, a class, workshop, camp, and/or event is canceled due to lack of interest, an unforeseen or incredibly rare circumstance (i.e, illness), an instructor may need to reschedule a specific class, workshop, camp, and/or event. In these rare events, you may opt for a refund.

Can i Purchase tickets for a large group?

Our workshops have a maximum capacity and fill quickly. If you are interested in creating a class of your own with at least 10 participants, pease contact us about planning a private event.

How do I ensure MAKE has My correct Contact info?

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure MAKE has all current/updated information. Please also keep online Permission Forms updated and current. Signed Permission Forms can’t be altered, so we are happy to send you a NEW link to create a NEW Signed Permission Form.

What clothing should I wear?

Dress for a creative mess! We are not responsible for damaged clothing.

What if I'm not feeling well?

At MAKE, it is important for us to promote wellness. If you think there’s a chance your child is not feeling their best, please opt to keep them home to keep everyone in the studio healthy!
